EcolHuma

A child from a disadvantaged background is four times less likely to be a good student. For this child, the teachers who accompany him/her will account for 30% of his/her success at school and his/her head teacher for 10%.

Sofronie supports EcolHuma in supporting teachers and head teachers to give the best chances to all pupils.

Building on the ÊtreProf community (around 200,000 teachers, nearly a quarter of the profession), EcolHuma aims to move the platform from a “content” model to a service ecosystem.

The core of the project is IADAPT, an AI teaching assistant designed to make differentiation practical every day: drawing on peer-validated resources aligned with national curricula, it enables teachers to rapidly generate and adapt materials for diverse learner profiles (dyslexia, attention difficulties, language barriers, etc.), reducing work that can take hours to just minutes.

The ambition goes beyond the tool itself: ÊtreProf will integrate AI features while maintaining an active professional community, where teachers become contributors and “builders” through peer workshops, thematic webinars, structured exchange spaces, and a listening-and-referral service (AlloProf) for complex situations.

By sharing adapted lesson plans, usage feedback, and classroom cases, the community is meant to accelerate adoption and turn individual innovation into a collective standard.

The stated goal is an official launch of the enhanced platform in May 2026, and by the end of 2026, 220,000 teachers (about 25%) using IADAPT in their daily practice, with potential impact on roughly one third of French students.
