Elfrida Rathbone Camden provides a range of free services to people with learning difficulties, disabilities and families under stress. Sofronie Foundation supports the charity’s SEN Advocacy Service which offers free information and advice to parents of children between the age of 2-19 who have special educational needs or disabilities who are at risk of, or have been, excluded from school either on a fixed term or permanent basis.
